Ran Bar-Sella serves as the CEO of Incubit Technology ventures – Elbit System’s new technology incubator. He was selected to lead the Incubit team after serving as the CTO of Elbit System’s Unmanned Aerial Systems division, where he worked since 2005. Prior to that Ran served as VP R&D for a medical device stratup company, established the Machine Vision Algorithm and DSP SW team for PEEK Traffic – an international company in traffic control and automation and as a senior researcher for Net2Wireless – a startup company in the field of communication solutions for wireless carriers. Ran also worked as a freelance consultant doing technology evaluation, competitive analysis, IP portfolio analysis and algorithm development. Ran holds a B.Sc EE cum-lauda and M.Sc EE both from the Technion IIT
